- Add the following lines to hosts if you haven't before:

127.0.0.1 cap.cyberlink.com
127.0.0.1 activation.cyberlink.com

- Install pre-fixed setup.

- Fixed installer will by-pass serial check at startup. After install done. Merge Reg Patch.reg file. This will switch from Online Act to Offline Check.

- Now, you have Ultimate, next thing is to activate H265 etc. extra codec activation feature.

- Open PowerDirector, import a MKV or MP4, click Produce tab, choose H265 output format, library file is patched from the installer and at this point, choose to set up activation of codec offline. You will get an offline activation dialog. As library file is patched to accept any info for codec activation, just put any numbers like 11111111111 in activation code part (Both 64-bit and 32-bit libraries patched out). That's it. You have now activated codec setup activation. App will give you a warning that says you might be a victim of software piracy and shit. Click OK.

- Now codec activation is completed. However as without a valid integration key, app will put a watermark on output media. Check the folder "How to setup codec activation and remove watermark" folder for the detailed info on how to remove watermark on output media.

- All done!
